I hope you love your jewelry! I craft each item myself and hope you love each piece as much as I do. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, I'm here to help!
US CUSTOMERS:
Custom/Memorial Items All memorial jewelry made from hair or fur is custom-made to your specifications and is exempt from returns. All sales are final.
Ready-Made / Non-Custom Items If your order is NOT a custom or "final sale" item and you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me to orchestrate a return. Contact us at sarah@valenwoodvixen.com within 14 days of delivery. Customer pays shipping.
EU CUSTOMERS:
Custom/Memorial Items All memorial jewelry made from hair or fur is custom-made to your specifications and is exempt from the EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. All sales are final.
Ready-Made / Non-Custom Items If you are an EU customer and your order contains a non-custom item, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at sarah@valenwoodvixen.com within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the personal nature of such items, I do not offer refunds on keepsake, custom, memorial, or other "made to order" items.
Items listed as "On Sale" are final.
