Refund policy

I hope you love your jewelry! I craft each item myself, and hope you love each piece as much as I do. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, I'm here to help! 

Refund or exchange - within 15 days of delivery. 

US - free return or exchange of defective items (download and print return label)

Everywhere else - returns for defective items only. Buyer pays return shipping.

Due to the personal nature of such items, I do not offer refunds on keepsake, custom, memorial, or other "made to order" items.

Items listed as "On Sale" are final.
