FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: - How long do they take to make/production time? I begin working on your jewelry the day I receive the hair, and most orders take between 7-14 days depending on the particular style and hair type. -Can I get any hair back? What happens to leftover hair? I always send back whatever hair I do not use when I send out your necklace. I recommend sending about a pinch of hair per piece of jewelry-although I can work with less. Keep in mind white hair or fur is in essence transparent, so I will need more hair to work with for it to be visible. - How do I mail the hair? After placing the order I automatically send the address for you to send the hair. (I am located in Florida, so depending on how far away you are will affect how long it takes to get to me.) I will message you as soon as I receive the hair and start your jewelry that day. -How much hair do you need? I recommend about a "pinch" of hair per piece of jewelry ordered- please try to send more if the hair is very light or white as I need more to work with for visibility. -Unfulfilled keepsake orders If I receive your order, but no hair/fur/etc from you within 180 days (6 months), I have the right to cancel your order. I will attempt communication prior to cancellation via Etsy convo. If no further communication is received from you, the order will be cancelled. -Is shipping safe? How do I know I will receive my jewelry on time? - I ship first class with tracking and insurance, and include free gift wrapping (hand stamped cardboard pillow box wrapped in hemp cord.) You may upgrade to Priority Mail (1-3 day shipping time)* during checkout if you need your item shipped faster. *Keep in mind this affects shipping speeds, and NOT production time!
